We're seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team, who shares our passion for innovation and customer-centricity. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned accounts, with a focus on new add-on business and product expansion across our Voice of the Customer Solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, drive, and sell Verint solutions to assigned accounts, maintaining effective relationships and delivering impactful results.
- Develop and execute account strategies, setting quarterly and annual sales objectives and working closely with internal departments to achieve them.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with Pre-Sales, Channels, Sales Operations, Product House, and Customer Support teams.
- Lead regular calls and assign tasks to virtual team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
- Own executive relationships, understanding customers' business needs and direction, and mapping our solutions to meet their objectives.
- Develop and own the overall sales pipeline, closing and prospecting into Verint's top accounts.
- Effectively interact with accounts at all levels, conducting face-to-face calls, conference calls, Webex, and email communications.
- Serve as a focal point for customer support issue escalation, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide sales presentations and product demonstrations to assigned customers and prospects.
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers, developing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through increased portfolio usage.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities, including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, sales pipeline status, and prospecting results.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5) years of sales experience, with success in selling high-value, complex, and long sales cycle enterprise software and/or high-value services and/or technical sales experience with knowledge management applications.
- Proven sales track record of quota attainment.
- Ability to effectively prospect and identify business opportunities, conduct needs analysis, and present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts in the Public Sector.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with customer senior-level executives.
- Must possess excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the proven ability to qualify prospects from both an operational and financial standpoint.
- Travel approximately 25-75%.
- Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
- Working knowledge of value-added ROI business process sales engagements/tools, especially with Public Sector clients.
- Experience with Voice of the Customer solutions.
- Working knowledge of knowledge management, online communities, or conversational AI software.
