Job Title: Customer Account Executive

As a Customer Account Executive at Parker Hannifin Corporation Parker Aerospace Group, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, including OEMs, Distributors, Airlines, and MRO providers. Your primary goal will be to manage and achieve key sales goals for assigned sites, customers, and the overall SSO After-Market channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer accounts to develop strategies for business growth and support the Account Executive team.
  • Conduct data analysis, including benchmarking, to guide focused execution against targets.
  • Track progress against KPIs and provide report-outs on gap analysis.
  • Identify and execute effective After-Market sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Evaluate and decide on discount applications and purchases.
  • Identify sales targets and opportunities, generate leads, and develop strategies for execution.
  • Manage customer accounts and After-Market Sales/Commercial Spares at respective Meggitt sites.
  • Support internal and external customers with respect to the sales cycle, customer relationships, quoting, follow-up, tracking performance, and developing business opportunities.
  • Review and negotiate Sales Agreements and Contracts.
  • Capture and analyze data in the CRM system, create sales reports, and track trends and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Aerospace/Aviation After-Market Sales, or a combination thereof.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident.

This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
