Role Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Project Supervisor with a robust background in overseeing ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring project success through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating communication among project stakeholders to promote timely decision-making and transparency.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with technology collaborators to manage incident responses, service delivery, operational tasks, and project milestones.
  • Updating stakeholders on project timelines and any changes in dependencies.
  • Providing regular updates on project status, identifying issues and risks, and suggesting enhancements to leadership.
  • Ensuring ownership of project tasks and supporting stakeholders in executing action items.
  • Monitoring project data and key performance indicators, recognizing trends, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborating with the program manager to establish standardized processes, policies, and tracking for all service and operational tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Project Management, particularly with ServiceNow or related Helpdesk processes.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening abilities.
  • Proven capability to effectively communicate with business experts, technology partners, and staff regularly.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering productive relationships.
  • A proactive learner who adapts positively to changes.
  • Experience in the financial sector or similar industries is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with incident management and project tracking tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.
