Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Review and assess client insurance needs, recommend coverage options, and prepare quotes to meet their individual requirements.
  • Claims Processing: Assist clients in claims processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution to their insurance-related issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insurance products to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: State insurance license (Property & Casualty).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Insurance Software and CRM Systems: Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
  • Professional Designations: Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).
