Job Title: Project Manager II

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team at VDart Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and lead project teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Delegate project responsibilities, direct, motivate, and manage project work and resources.
  • Ensure timely project activity, integration, and productivity, and administer efficient use of resources.
  • Manage conflicts, escalate unresolved issues, and play a support role with technical solutions.
  • Facilitate project charter creation, examine project documentation, and ensure availability and distribution to project team members.
  • Develop and update project schedules, manage deviations from plan, and analyze schedule validity.
  • Monitor project progress, compare to baseline, and report progress against schedule.
  • Document, obtain approval, and track changes in project parameters.
  • Produce detailed reports and notifications, and communicate project status to stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Identify risks, assess and mitigate, and facilitate project risk reviews.
  • Attend and/or host management and project team meetings, and perform ongoing assessments on project progress.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of industry experience as a program or product manager in a technology environment.
  • Progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services.
  • Experience working on projects in a wireless industry.
  • Two years of experience working on merger integration and/or divestiture activities.
  • Strong influence and negotiation abilities.
