Job Overview

The VDC Project Coordinator II will play a pivotal role in driving the team's VDC functions on all projects, while also coordinating with clients and sub-consultants on VDC standards. This position requires a high level of independence and the ability to work closely with CRB project discipline leads, the Technical Advancement Group, and the Regional VDC Manager on internal VDC standardization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead VDC functions for the team on all projects, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and sub-consultants on VDC standards.
  • Collaborate with CRB project discipline leads, the Technical Advancement Group, and the Regional VDC Manager to drive internal VDC standardization.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an A/E design firm setting or construction industry equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and the functions of AutoCAD platforms preferred but not required.
  • Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 suite, Assemble) is required.
  • Knowledge of supporting VDC tools (Revit add-ins, Dynamo, Bluebeam, AR/VR) is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of contractual delivery methods for design and construction projects.
  • Understanding of industry standard VDC documentation (BEP, BIMForum, etc.).
