Job Summary

CRB is seeking a highly skilled VDC Project Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our VDC team, you will be responsible for performing lead VDC functions on all projects, coordinating with clients and sub-consultants on VDC standards, and working closely with CRB project discipline leads, Technical Advancement Group, and the Regional VDC Manager on internal VDC standardization.

Responsibilities
  • Perform lead VDC functions for the team on all projects, including documentation for various disciplines such as Architecture, Electrical, Fire Protection, HVAC, Piping (Mechanical, Process, Plumbing) and Structural.
  • Coordinate with clients and sub-consultants on VDC standards, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with CRB project discipline leads, Technical Advancement Group, and the Regional VDC Manager on internal VDC standardization, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an A/E design firm setting or construction industry equivalency.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Revit is required, with experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 suite, Assemble) preferred.
