Overview:
The Site Operations Manager is tasked with the proficient oversight, administration, and governance of business activities at designated client locations.

This individual ensures the prompt and effective resolution of all services contracted by the client while demonstrating outstanding customer service, overall operational effectiveness, and quality of business offerings.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all services contracted by the client at the designated site, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality standards are upheld.

2. Assess and address high-priority and complex issues through effective communication and negotiation with clients, vendors, and internal teams to foster a proactive, responsive, and amicable customer environment.

3. Administer budget management, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to optimize resource utilization and accurately report budgetary expenditures.

4. Prepare and manage status reports, productivity metrics, and other documentation to guarantee optimal performance is achieved by the team.

5. Act as a liaison between the client and Canon Business Process Services, Inc.

6. Prioritize and schedule all tasks, including overflow work to backup facilities as necessary.

7. Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of all equipment and supplies.

8. Conduct team meetings to communicate corporate policies and objectives effectively.

9. Manage personnel by selecting, recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff; address corrective actions promptly and in accordance with company policy; evaluate performance; and provide training and development opportunities.

10. Ensure and analyze that production targets on-site are consistently met daily, weekly, and monthly by measuring against company objectives.

11. Collaborate with the client, operations team, and corporate departments as required.

Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience as a manager in a professional business environment, ideally within the reprographic/mail sector, managing a site with 1-4 non-exempt employees.

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and clients.

- Demonstrated capability to establish personal credibility with customers and staff.

- Proven ability to deliver the highest quality of production and customer service.

- Foster a challenging, constructive, and open workplace culture.

- Collaborate with peers and teams to establish departmental decisions, processes, and ensure standardized activities.

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Create a customer-centric environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must possess excellent follow-through skills.

Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
