Job Title: Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while maintaining consultative relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of solution offerings and the cybersecurity landscape to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach via cold-call, email, and networking tactics.
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance outcomes within schedule.
  • Implement and execute our integrated sales cycle, which includes prospecting, lead generation, sales development, business qualification, solution presentation, quoting, pricing, negotiation, closing, and post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B Enterprise Professional Sales experience, ideally within a Marketing Agency capacity.
  • Experience targeting executive decision-makers within Agency, Media, Marketing, Branding, or Research/Content divisions.
  • Formal training in a sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, Value Selling, Challenger Selling, or Sandler.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish productive professional business relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM practices.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Outstanding time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply feedback to improve performance.
  • A solution-oriented and results-driven mindset with a desire to make a true impact.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary range of $75,000-$95,000.
  • Commission-based compensation.
