Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Schulte Companies. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and leading a team of front office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage front desk operations, including room inventory, rates, and packages
  • Coordinate room blocking and ensure accurate room status
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Review and analyze guest feedback and satisfaction results to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and valet parking, to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Manage front office budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • High school education required, post-high school education preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage budgets
