Job Title: Outside Sales Account Manager - Access Solutions

BrandSafway is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to manage the Greater New York Metropolitan and Jersey City territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive sales and growth within the commercial branch, leveraging your expertise to access new heights in your career.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads promoting full range of scaffolding/motorized products/services to customers, consistent with branch revenue and profitability goals.
  • Account Management - increasing existing customer portfolio.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare proposals that fulfill customer needs.
  • Build relationships with customers with an outward-facing proactive approach to sales.
  • Coordinate engineering services relating to proposals, perform duties related to proposal preparation, and present proposals to customers in a convincing manner.
  • Negotiate terms of sale to the best advantage of the company.
  • Coordinate the sales, delivery, and/or erection and disassembly of scaffolding systems consistent with customer requirements and branch revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide leadership and assist Superintendents in the direction of job site work crews to fulfill customer requirements and maintain job profitability.
  • Discuss job requirements with construction job site management or other personnel to ensure satisfaction of customer requirements and the safe utilization of company products and services.
  • Lead best practice project management ensuring work is performed safely and in a timely manner, coordinating with multiple internal departments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the Construction industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to review and process important customer information and prepare timely, accurate, and competitive bids.
Benefits:

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) plan. Salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 annually, with uncapped commission opportunities.
