">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for Compliance and Benefits to join our team in Seattle. This role will play a vital part in enhancing our HR processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a proactive approach to compliance at KPFF.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Compliance and HRIS:">
- Maintain awareness of federal and state regulations impacting KPFF policies and develop comprehensive compliance resources.">
- Coordinate annual compliance activities, including Affirmative Action Plan, EEO filings, and other required reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.">
- Work with local offices and Talent Acquisition team to ensure job descriptions comply with federal and/or state requirements.">
- Provide support for KPFF's HRIS, testing and implementing new features, and leveraging data to inform HR strategy.">
- Create customized reports in Paycom HRIS and PowerBI to support people initiatives.">
Benefits and Leave Administration:

- Benefits Support:">
- Collaborate with Leaves Specialist to administer Leaves of Absence programs, providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees.">
- Respond to benefits inquiries, approve enrollments in Paycom HRIS, and ensure accurate employee information.">
- Contribute to annual Open Enrollment and design materials to enhance understanding of KPFF's benefits package.">
- Conduct ongoing audits of benefit plan deductions.">
- Process, audit, and reconcile monthly and quarterly billing for benefit providers.">
- Foster strong relationships by resolving benefits-related questions with employees and managers.">
Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting various HR processes.">
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.">
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Paycom.">
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and communication.">
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative without close supervision, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions.">
- Proven track record of completing projects with high accuracy and attention to detail.">
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective collaboration.">
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
- Uphold professionalism by handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.">
- Thrives independently and in teams, showcasing adaptability and initiative in fast-paced environments.">
Compensation and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are offered to recognize outstanding contributions. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
