Compliance Specialist for Human Resources and Supply Chain Operations

The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of HR and logistics practices with company policies and industry regulations. This position involves monitoring compliance standards, conducting audits, and providing training to teams.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent documentation and communication skills to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations in HR and logistics.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of HR and logistics processes, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit preparation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for HR and logistics teams on compliance standards.
- Collaborate with HR and supply chain teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership, providing actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, compliance, or supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in HR and logistics is essential.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills are required.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $25-$30 per hour.
