Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at The Field Roast Grain Meat Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to develop and lead the orientation and onboarding processes for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring seamless integration into our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orient and Onboard Employees: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, focusing on retention initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Precision HRIS Execution: Ensure accurate personnel files and documentation are maintained, adhering to federal and state laws, and efficiently manage people movement within our HR systems.
  • Hiring Activities: Lead recruitment efforts for hourly staff, including prescreening, selection, and talent development initiatives.
  • HR Program Administration: Perform routine tasks related to compensation, benefits, leave, productivity, recognition, morale, training, and development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Work proficiently with various HRIS systems, including SAP, Kronos, ADP, Navigator, and Alchemy, to maintain data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and leverage relationships, thriving in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Continuous Development: Demonstrated commitment to ongoing self-development in HR compliance, education, trends, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-Solving and Time Management: Strong problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
