Job Overview

Explore our Plasma Donation Centers to gain insight into our operations.

Position Summary:

Every day, the donors you interact with will inspire you. The high-quality plasma you collect will contribute to life-saving therapies. A strong commitment to customer service and quality is essential. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and function as a receptionist, engaging with our donors and performing administrative duties to facilitate plasma center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and warmly welcome all visitors to the facility, including both new and returning donors, while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Assist donors with scheduling appointments and manage donor record files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both external donors and internal team members.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring timely purging of records.
  • Collaborate with the center management team to identify operational enhancements and initiate improvements to center processes using company-approved procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., with occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is preferred.
