Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive provider network strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution.
  • Provider Network Development
    • Design and implement processes to support effective provider network governance, including developing and executing multi-year department strategy.
    • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Medical Management, Government Relations, Marketing, IT, and other enterprise-level teams to ensure business needs are effectively communicated.
    • Develop and execute business plans, project charters, and work breakdown structures to support strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide on-going leadership and program/project management support for foundational and strategic initiatives.
    • Recruit, train, and develop talent; provide coaching feedback and direction to staff to support development and success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Required: Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, finance, or a related field.
    • Preferred: Master's degree or relevant experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Energetic, goal-oriented leader with a proven ability to deliver results and lead teams to achieve goals.
    • Strong collaborator able to work effectively across functions.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a particular focus on presentations to and communications with senior leaders.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of diplomacy to anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with complex issues.
