Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead our operational initiatives at Topgolf. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute operational strategies aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to department leaders and team members, cultivating a collaborative and improvement-focused culture.
  • Assess and interpret operational performance metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Oversee financial planning, budget management, and resource distribution to maximize operational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure integrated operations across the organization.
  • Supervise facility management, maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures that promote operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Lead the training and development efforts for operational personnel.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion, contributing to strategic planning efforts.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership capacity managing operations.
  • Strong financial insight and budget oversight capabilities.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable industry or organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
