Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with significant accounts within the Insurance Agents and Brokers sector. The Key Account Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key insurance agents and broker accounts.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new partner accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and methodologies.
  • Representing the company at industry events and associations, actively participating in committees.
  • Organizing meetings, presentations, and educational sessions to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Conducting regular in-person visits to key accounts to strengthen connections.
  • Supporting the Relationship Development Team in various initiatives.
  • Coordinating Continuing Education Courses for insurance professionals.
  • Communicating effectively with key accounts regarding ongoing projects and updates.

The Key Account Marketing Specialist is expected to embrace additional responsibilities over time, driven by personal initiative and performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Fostering long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with the Relationship Development Team to enhance client experiences.
  • Expanding the Agent and Broker Accounts based on historical sales data.
  • Setting clear expectations with insurance agents and brokers.
  • Recruiting new key accounts that resonate with the company’s ethos.
  • Creating and executing win-win business relationships.
  • Training and onboarding new and existing accounts.
  • Enhancing brand visibility by engaging with agent associations.
  • Managing RMS and Salesforce software effectively.
  • Developing and adhering to monthly and yearly sales budgets for agents and brokers.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a strong field presence while managing administrative tasks.
  • Participating in Relationship Development events.
  • Addressing and resolving complaints professionally and promptly.
