Job Summary

The Technology Specialist is a critical role within our organization, ensuring the integrity of our retail menu databases through close collaboration with various technology stakeholder teams. This position will support IT forward initiatives across food services and provide leadership and guidance for field operations to navigate and understand existing and new technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve database efficiencies in current technology platforms
  • Develop and maintain standard digital templates
  • Analyze Menu Mapping and customer flow to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Communicate technology updates and understand reporting platforms
  • Participate in new technology and robotic implementations
Requirements
  • B.S. Degree in I.T, Food Services Technology/management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one to three years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred
  • Consumer-oriented with retail marketing experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, email, and the internet
