Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Payment Management: Prepare, review, and place purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and services, resolving invoice and receipt problems through direct supplier interactions.
  • Supply Chain Operations: Handle high volumes of communications and triage inquiries from internal and external sources, ensuring accurate logging and tracking in the support center system.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve supply chain discrepancies by investigating issues related to item master data, vendor statements, financial variances, and payment/discount histories.
  • Training and Continuous Improvement: Lead new employee onboarding, conduct education seminars, and participate in supply chain management projects, identifying and addressing trends that may cause delays in processing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with invoice processing, including matching invoices to purchase orders and generating supplier payments.
  • Skills: 3+ years of experience with resolving invoice issues, reviewing non-PO-based invoices, and processing payment requests and employee expense reports.
