Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms; pinpoint potential strategic corporate development and business collaborators.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor business prospects that align with corporate objectives through engagement with biotech and pharmaceutical counterparts.
• Spearhead research initiatives and deliver comprehensive analytical and business evaluation support for corporate and business development prospects, strategic company initiatives, and key business ventures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record of successful strategic transactions within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical landscape, including drug discovery and development processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong relationship management and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting the scientific and business evaluation of technologies, assets, or companies in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management, including drug development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization strategies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in financial analysis and valuation of biopharmaceutical products and companies, along with advanced Excel and modeling capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with an understanding of the importance of cross-functional teamwork.
