Office Generalist Position Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Generalist to contribute to our operational efficiency within a vibrant office setting. This role emphasizes support for Military Inbound operations, where you will engage in data management, document organization, and customer service interactions. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the VP of Business Development

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant office experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Eligibility to obtain US Government security clearance
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Flexibility and effective task prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional attitude
  • Collaborative team player

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Input customer information and prepare necessary documentation
  • Oversee shipment management and related paperwork
  • Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse personnel
  • Facilitate communication with customers and vendors
  • Track and update shipment progress
  • Generate reports and assist with various office responsibilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Full-time employment opportunity
