JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Generalist to support our operations in a fast-paced office setting, specifically focusing on Military Inbound processes. The role involves assisting with data management, document organization, and responding to customer inquiries. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of relevant office experience

  • Capability to secure US Government security clearance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Input customer information and organize documentation
  • Oversee shipment logistics and paperwork
  • Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse personnel
  • Manage communications with customers and vendors
  • Track and update shipment progress
  • Generate reports and assist with various office functions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Full-time employment
  • Hourly wage: $18.00
