  • Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and standards, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to project sites, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
