Job Description

KW Property Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor project team members, including contractors and engineers, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and residents, to ensure project progress and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Procurement and Contract Management: Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and administration.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment

The Project Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and residents. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
