We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician/Floor Care Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with deep cleaning of commercial buildings, reporting deficiencies and safety hazards, and training and recruiting cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily cleaning and special projects as scheduled
  • Deep clean commercial buildings and facilities
  • Report deficiencies and safety hazards to management
  • Take before and after photos of work and submit daily reports to the regional team
  • Train and recruit cleaning staff
  • Report hours to payroll

Requirements:

  • Flexibility with working hours, including emergency nights and weekend work
