Strategic Oncology Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Oncology commercial professional to join our dynamic and growing organization as a Field Strategic Oncology Accounts Director (SOAD). As part of Oncology at GSK, you will be part of a team that is passionate about providing customers and patients access to our oncology products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key oncology targeted accounts to provide strategic direction, customer insights, contract management, and access to decision-making platforms for on-label indications.
- Develop commercial relationships with Pharmacy and Medical Directors, Executive Directors, Administrators, Contracting Directors, and other similar roles to understand their account objectives, goals, and challenges.
- Ensure integration and on-label access within account-level decision-making platform tools, using on-label resources related to GSK oncology and select portfolio products.
- Conduct Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract presentations and support contract management/pull-through within the targeted account list on a quarterly basis.
- Deliver and execute on strategic plans to achieve performance goals and objectives, utilizing KPIs and business problem-solving tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology pharmaceutical experience, with a focus on marketing, sales, forecasting, budget management, and/or PBDM customer engagement.
- 2+ years of GPO experience (traditional or specialty/oncology).
- 2+ years of contracting experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide, with a preference for candidates living near an airport.
- Possess strong business acumen and oncology skills.
- Strong project management experience, including analytical and planning skills.
- Demonstrated strong orientation to ethics and compliance.
