The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategic sales account plans, and you will be responsible for managing sales forecasts and quota funnels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  • Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
What We Look For in a Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director who has a proven track record of success in sales and business development. You should have a strong understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape, and you should be able to demonstrate strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills. You should also be proficient in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role is $107,500, and the maximum salary is $143,330. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
