Position Overview:

Are you passionate about overseeing comprehensive IT and OT functions for a manufacturing facility or distribution center that produces renowned brands globally? In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all essential IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure operate efficiently, with appropriate resilience measures in place to maintain compliance and security. You will also have the opportunity to drive ongoing enhancements while expanding your supply chain expertise and gaining in-depth knowledge in IT.

We seek candidates who excel in both technology and leadership, coupled with a strong desire to assist our supply chain teams with the modern manufacturing and logistics tools necessary for seamless production, packaging, and shipping operations. You will act as a catalyst for change at the site, ensuring that new technologies are prepared to support a continuously operational, secure, and compliant workforce that functions around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and assessment of digital technology to ensure operational alignment with company standards.
  • Identify and define new technologies and processes that meet operational needs and can be adapted across various sites.
  • Establish a comprehensive IT organizational change process to mitigate incidents and unplanned disruptions.
  • Utilize ITIL, project management, engineering, and leadership skills to collaborate with different teams at the site, aligning strategies, resolving issues, and achieving results.
  • Contribute to the site’s digital master plan, differentiating business models and creating a secure operational environment through innovative technology and processes.
  • Address operational incidents and challenges related to digital manufacturing and distribution technologies at your site.
  • Ensure robust IT continuity planning, encompassing infrastructure and application resilience, operational stability, and disaster recovery.
  • Enhance organizational capabilities by delivering training initiatives focused on digital technology.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a BS or MS/MBA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Exposure to manufacturing IT and systems operations.
  • Familiarity with IT operations, including incident management and organizational change.
  • Foundational knowledge in IT infrastructure, including network operations and application management.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity standards and the ability to support initiatives aimed at protecting information security.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various functions.

Compensation:
