Key Responsibilities- Technical Contract Review: Review customer purchase orders, drawings, and associated documentation to determine requirements.
- Supplier Purchase Order Review: Ensure appropriate requirements are flowed down.
- Quality Planning: Develop inspection reports and related inspection documentation.
- Quality Documentation Management: Maintain customer, supplier, and internal documentation to be provided to the customer upon job completion.
- Source Inspection: Schedule visits and work directly with customer inspectors when on site.
- Non-Conformance Management: Notify and work directly with customers when part non-conformances occur.
- 5 to 10 years' experience working within Quality Assurance.
- ISO9001 & AS9100 knowledge.
- Experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to read technical drawings & technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance, including data analysis and trending.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills (Root cause).
- Highly proficient in MS Office Applications (especially, ppt, excel & word).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and fully capable of multitasking.
- Highly conscientious, diligent, and team-oriented.
- Ability & desire to grow, learn new things, and take on new responsibilities as expertise elevates.
- Strong technical proficiency must be able to use computers well and generate reports.
