We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for our Cincinnati, OH facility who thrives on tackling intricate challenges and developing prototypes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Adapt to forthcoming changes and effectively communicate with the team to facilitate transitions within the facility.
Establish and oversee process metrics aimed at improving internal customer satisfaction, productivity, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Manage the annual budget and objectives; allocate resources accordingly.
Collaborate with leadership and teams to boost efficiency and throughput.
Review and approve weekly timecards for accuracy.
Ensure the team maintains optimal efficiency levels (breaks, clock-ins, etc.).
Train and mentor team members and other associates as necessary.
Support and foster team collaboration and development.
Define daily responsibilities for staff roles to meet business goals.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy.
Balance the needs of associates, the organization, and customers.
Analyze operational data and generate reports for Global Leadership.
Communicate production targets and initiatives to all plant associates.
Monitor progress through measurable KPIs.
Occasional travel to Global Headquarters may be required.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
5-10 years of demonstrated experience as a reliable and effective Team Leader.
Previous experience in an ISO 9001 environment is preferred.
Familiarity with machining processes is advantageous.
The ability to initiate tasks and work independently without direct supervision is essential.
