At SuperbStrategy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of University Executive Director. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the university and lead it towards the fulfillment of its mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and motivate the academic and administrative team under your charge.
  • Implement operational, procedural, and fiscal policies to ensure that the institution's objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and ensure that all team members are cohesive, aligned, and committed to the culture and values of the university.
  • Provide guidance to the university's directors and staff in the handling of employee performance issues, investigating and resolving employee concerns, potential policy violations, and other unusual issues.
  • Develop outreach programs and activities to generate visibility, build, and strengthen the university's ties with other institutions, public and private organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as executive director or in other managerial position, and in education administration.
  • In-depth expertise of business governance principles and managerial best practices.
  • Outstanding leadership.
  • Experience in developing strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving oriented skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work diligently and multitasking to meet deadlines.
