- Cook food according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and adjust cooking times as necessary.
- Set up and break down workstations, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Serve food in appropriate portions and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Adhere to all safety and security policies and report any maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members and support collective goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar culinary role.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
