Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional quality and presentation standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
