Endoluminal Product Sales Consultant

Position Overview:
The U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Associate is a pivotal role within Intuitive Surgical, reporting directly to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Manager (ESM).
This position is essential for fostering the early adoption of the Ion platform, aimed at enhancing access to minimally invasive procedures for lung biopsy.
The focus will be on supporting early adopters and developing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and initiatives that showcase the clinical, economic, and strategic advantages of the ION system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide procedural assistance to new users, ensuring safety and effective progression through their learning curves.
2. Support educational initiatives, including in-services, training labs, and participation in initial case series, while developing teams and programs.
3. Establish expertise in the pulmonary oncology domain.
4. Collaborate with experienced sales representatives to engage with senior hospital personnel and key physicians, creating and executing plans for the successful integration of the Ion system at new customer locations, while ensuring ongoing commitment and utilization.
5. Facilitate the capture of critical user and procedural data to develop effective quality tracking indicators (QTI) and benchmarking metrics.6. Work in conjunction with local sales teams to maintain consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Manage administrative responsibilities, including Salesforce management and expense report submissions.
