Position Overview:
The U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Representative will report to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Sales Manager (ESM).

This role is pivotal in promoting the early adoption of the Ion platform, enhancing access to minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures.

The individual will focus on supporting early sustainable users and initiatives, as well as developing key opinion leaders (KOLs) and programs that showcase the clinical, economic, and strategic advantages of ION.


Key Responsibilities:


- Provide procedural assistance to new users to ensure safety and facilitate effective learning curves.
- Support training initiatives, including in-services, training labs, and participation in first case series, while developing teams and programs.
- Become a clinical authority in the pulmonary oncology domain.
- Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to devise and implement strategies for integrating Ion at new customer locations, ensuring ongoing commitment and utilization of the system.
- Facilitate the capture of essential user and procedural data to create effective quality tracking and benchmarking metrics.
- Work in conjunction with daVinci local sales teams to maintain consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management and expense report submissions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of success and leadership.
- Ability to navigate complexity and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub.
- Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
