Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Financial Consultant to take on an entry-level role that presents opportunities for advancement and a bright career trajectory. Compensation:

$75,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored recommendations for financial products, plans, and investments to assist clients in reaching their financial objectives.
  • Adopt a structured yet adaptable approach, remaining open to ongoing education and mentorship from colleagues.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients, acting as their trusted financial consultant.
  • Develop personalized financial strategies for each client, taking into account their life circumstances and evolving financial needs.
  • Collect and evaluate clients' financial data to accurately assess their financial standing, cash flow, expectations, and goals.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clients' needs and financial concerns.
  • Educate clients on proactive financial planning to prepare for unforeseen life events.
  • Encourage customized strategies for clients to achieve their long-term financial ambitions.
  • Foster relationships with a focus on helping individuals and families attain financial stability.
  • Build a robust financial practice through professional networking and client prospecting.
  • Provide empathy and guidance to clients during challenging life situations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on developing and sustaining long-term client relationships, fostering trust and community over time.
Qualifications:
  • Current FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant tools is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills to ensure a solid foundation of customer service.
  • A basic understanding of the financial advisory role and a keen interest in the financial sector and its products are essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated sales experience or an entrepreneurial mindset is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Dedication to helping families and businesses achieve their best financial outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the business landscape is important.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions.
  • Resilience and determination in the face of challenges.
  • Aptitude for leveraging personal connections to build relationships.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
