Sales Role OverviewThis role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a federal civilian enterprise account manager. You will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers and executives within federal agencies to generate new business revenue. This is a quota-carrying role, requiring you to build rapport with senior-level government executives, advise them on best practice solutions, and strategically manage the sales opportunity using a consultative sales approach.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to create a qualitative and quantitative value proposition for our government solution, resulting in closed business and over-achievement of assigned quota. Your ability to adapt and iterate on your sales motion as you navigate a startup selling environment will be essential to your success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding past sales targets, with a minimum of 7 years of government enterprise sales experience. They will also possess exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, empathy, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive compensation plan with opportunities for advancement, access to BetterUp coaching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, and more. Our base salary range for this role is $119,000 - $206,000, depending on location.
