Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Sell food and non-food items to customers, including value-added services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and support sales efforts
- Manage customer relationships in a team-based selling model
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary
- Develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and lead generation
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Foodservice industry or culinary experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality
- Problem-solving ability and organization and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools
