Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Imaging Systems

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager - Imaging Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for all sales activities in the Southwest/Western US territory for the Raman and AFM portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as distributor partners.
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in installations.
  • Monitor local industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop strategic relationships with 3rd party companies and groups to create new opportunities.
  • Prospect for new customers through various channels, including CRM platforms.
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Service, Marketing, and Applications, to drive sales success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the scientific space.
  • Strong understanding of Raman and AFM technologies and their applications.
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time, including occasional international travel.
