Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Tiny Giant Professional Cleaning LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and overseeing staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Manage office operations, including filing systems, supplies, and equipment
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, and book travel
  • Staff management: Oversee staff, including workload, performance, and development
  • Communication: Interact with employees, customers, and visitors
  • Finance: Manage the budget, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and general accounting
  • Health and safety: Review and update policies, and ensure they are observed
  • Data protection: Ensure data protection laws are followed
  • Space planning: Manage office layout and infrastructure, including moves and additions
  • Organization: Organize induction programs for new employees
  • Reporting: Write reports for senior management and deliver

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete a background screening
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Part-time to full-time hours
  • Probationary six-month period
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Pay is $16 an hour (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 9am-3pm (Friday optional workday)
