Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration and processing of Loftware's in-bound and out-bound contracts
- Provide advice and support on contract law, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Conduct legal research related to contract law and company policies
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal processes, and related system file administration
- Collaborate with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience in Contract Administration or 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal
- Strong planning and project management skills with experience
- Demonstrated experience with understanding, interpreting, and managing contracts in a corporate or law firm environment
- Understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Familiarity with compliance regulations, risk management, and commercial law
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce; familiarity with LinkSquares is a plus
