As a key member of our team, you will work closely with global sales, services, and operational personnel to provide advice and support with respect to all commercial contracts with Loftware's customers, partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration and processing of Loftware's in-bound and out-bound contracts
  • Provide advice and support on contract law, company policies, and applicable regulations
  • Conduct legal research related to contract law and company policies
  • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, legal processes, and related system file administration
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of related experience in Contract Administration or 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Strong planning and project management skills with experience
  • Demonstrated experience with understanding, interpreting, and managing contracts in a corporate or law firm environment
  • Understanding of contract law and legal terminology
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, risk management, and commercial law
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce; familiarity with LinkSquares is a plus
