Job Title: Contact Center Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contact Center Supervisor to lead our collections team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of collections agents to achieve performance targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including training and coaching programs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a contact center environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of call center operations, including metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
