Medical Office Coordinator

WSAudiology Americas is a global leader in the hearing aid industry, committed to bringing back hearing for millions of people worldwide. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client charts and ensure timely updates
- Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls, providing friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- Manage clinic schedules to ensure efficient patient care for walk-in, scheduled appointments, and potential clients
- Enter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audits, and maintain accurate records of cash and bank deposits
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environment
- Assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and office administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including scheduling software and MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills
