Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team. This is a critical role in the company's success, and the right candidate will be the face of the company, greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, including stocking and maintaining the team and client kitchen.
  • Stock and maintain common areas and conference rooms, generate daily schedules, and initiate and follow up on maintenance requests with the landlord as needed.
  • Order office and equipment supplies, keep printers ready to use with paper and toner, and coordinate with vendors for service to the office or equipment.
  • Open, process, and distribute mail daily, prepare outgoing mail and UPS/FEDEX, and order food for team and client events/monthly lunches.
  • Assist with holiday cards and gifts, assist the team with scanning and filing as requested, and assist with special projects such as collating enrollment guides and mass mailings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years in an office environment.
  • Pleasant customer service/phone skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
