Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage the general mailbox for the lease vendor group, responding to emails and forwarding messages as needed.
- Answer phone calls and update the Toll Free Number (TFN) log, logging phone messages and forwarding calls to appropriate parties.
- Route changes of ownership, EFTs, payee changes, and address/contact changes to the appropriate paralegal or administrator.
- Follow up weekly on open items requiring additional documents by contacting LLs/contacts.
- 5+ years' experience in an office manager/administrator role.
- Experience managing an office's email inbox, physical mailbox, and phone line.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with real estate or managing leases.
- Go-getter mentality.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations as related to accounting.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of converting to a full-time role for an outstanding contractor. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in office administration, we encourage you to apply.
