About the Job: We are seeking a highly motivated business development manager to join our team at AMP Interior Construction, a leading provider of prefabricated interior projects in Western New York. As a business development manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of construction processes and sustainability practices. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors. You will work closely with clients to design customized solutions using DIRTT's innovative approach and present compelling pitches to showcase the value of our services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions using DIRTT's cutting-edge technology and construction systems.
  • Present compelling pitches and lead client presentations showcasing the value of DIRTT's innovative approach.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in construction, design, or related industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology: Familiarity with DIRTT's ICE software and other construction-related technologies.
Salary and Benefits:
