We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Facade Project Manager to join our team at GPAC.

Overview:

GPA has been delivering exceptional facade solutions for years, and we're looking for someone with expertise in estimating facade projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facade estimating teams to deliver accurate and timely project estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Analyze and resolve project issues, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and growth initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 0-5 years of experience in facade project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Strong knowledge of facade construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Experience with project management software, such as Procore or Asana
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, paid vacation time, and holidays.
