About the Job:

We seek a dynamic sales professional to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients. As a key member of our team, you will identify and cultivate new commercial, healthcare, and education business opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions using DIRTT's innovative approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to design customized solutions using DIRTT's cutting-edge technology and construction systems.
  • Present compelling pitches and lead client presentations showcasing the value of DIRTT's innovative approach.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in construction, design, or related industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding of construction processes, sustainability practices, or design trends, self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Technology: Comfortable with technology and quickly learning new tools, such as DIRTT's ICE software.
