Senior Construction Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Construction Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with clients in Western New York.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, construction, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with clients to design tailored solutions using DIRTT's innovative technology and construction systems.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and cultivate new commercial business opportunities in Western New York
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions using DIRTT's cutting-edge technology and construction systems
- Present compelling pitches and lead client presentations, showcasing the value of DIRTT's innovative approach
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in construction, design, or related industries
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sustainability practices, or design trends
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
- Comfortable with technology and quickly learning new tools, such as DIRTT's ICE software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus commission structure, with significant earning potential. Additional benefits include competitive salary, professional growth opportunities in a rapidly growing market, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Western New York (Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding areas). Remote flexibility with travel to client sites as needed.
